Atlanta Fashions:

POSH Productions and the Decatur Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi celebrated their 8th annual Krimson & Kreme Benefit Fashion show with proceeds going to the Women's Resource Center to End Domestic Violence along with other initiatives adopted by the Decatur Alumni Chapter.

The show was a refreshing taste of the talented Designers in Atlanta. The show started out with the creations of Grady H.S. designers. Gracie Cunningham was a favorite of mine and in my opinion could compete with some of the most seasoned designers - we'll be watching out for her!

There were many highlights including the fabulous dress and coat pairings by Lord & Robin; the elegant gowns by Demetrius B. Williams and the boldly colorful and sexy kimono style dress by the House of Dereon (Beyonce's new line) shown by Pieces of Adrene boutique. Additional favorites included Kalypso Blue, Wei Chun Designs and Jewelry by Fabulina Designs. Others that represented well were Christine Philip, Elevator Fashions, Menswear Express, Soul'tique and Vintige Soul.

Added highlights were the lovely commentator, Rashan Ali of HOT 107.5, and celebrity models Suchita Vadlamani of Good Day Atlanta, Collins Spencer of WSB, SiMan of The New 102.5 and the magical sounds of Ken Ford.
Well done!
